PPO STEEL CZ, s.r.o.

The increasing interest in our products in the field of large-volume transport packaging has led us to acquire KOVO VEDA s.r.o., a traditional and well-respected manufacturer of steel structures in its field. This acquisition was made through our newly established subsidiary PPO STEEL CZ, s.r.o.

The acquisition will offer our customers a range of innovative metal conveyors, complemented with various types of fixations.

Later this year, we will initiate the modernization of existing buildings and production facilities, including the procurement of new High-Tech technologies, with the aim of increasing production capacities for new product lines.
